We are a remodel contractor in Orlando FL dedicated to the promise of providing exceptional service and quality at an economical price. History

With over 30 years of construction experience President and CEO, Charles Semans, brings extensive background and expertise to your construction project.

Charles "Chuck" is a Retired U.S. Navy Seabee, having actively served from 1980 to 1995, has worked in over 6 different countries, and brings that experience as well as management experience from Certified Building Contractors and Levitt and Sons to CFL Renovations. From an early age Chuck possessed exceptional leadership and communication skills, applying them to every aspect of his life, and eventually in his business which has led to great success throughout the years.

Chuck's knowledge of various sizes of projects, from small to extremely large, provides each of the projects at CFL Renovations the type of attention to detail that separates an average job from the exceptional - which is what we expect. We are confident that you will not be disappointed!
