We are excited for the opportunity to fully renovate the exterior of this home in the beautiful Bayhill neighborhood of Orlando, Florida. Work will include a newly designed exterior structure with gable ends on the garage, arched windows, motion screen doors and a remodeled pool deck. Check back soon to see the finished pictures!

Porch Addition in Winter Garden, Florida

We completed the addition of an enclosed porch on this Winter Garden, Florida residence. This add-on to the main house structure provided the homeowners with a peaceful place to relax, fully screened-in and with a beautiful wood paneled ceiling.

Lake Sylvan Home Remodel

Full home remodel on 4500 square foot lake home. Projects included removal of all existing flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoor kitchen and flooring.

Once demolition was completed (approximately two weeks), all flooring was replaced with Travertine stone, new cabinets and granite countertops were installed in kitchen and all baths. New granite countertops were installed in outdoor kitchen. All sinks, toilets, wash basins, tubs and showers were replaced. Uniformity was maintained throughout the entire house by utilizing the same granite, tile, backsplash, accents and fixture styles. Final touches included automatic motion sensor LED lighting underneath kitchen and bath cabinets, as well as under the cabinet LED lighting that can be manually activated.

The quality of the finished project can be seen in the attached images. Project was completed on time and stayed within the family's budget.
